Mar-Tech Acceleration
Integrated leaders from three acquisitions to create a high performing team able to execute on a clearly articulated mission. Worked with PE investors and the CEO to collect their insights and goals for a marketing technology company. Co-developed the intervention with the CEO. The work included quick cycle teaming work with the executives, alignment on roles and goals, clear articulation of strategy, acceleration of strategy to execution on an extremely tight time frame, and identification and support of several crucial projects. The company has been sold achieving the ultimate goal of the work stream.
Food Industry Strategy and On-Boarding
Developed a high performing leadership team through behavior change and alignment. Worked with PE investor and veteran CEO to drive a change in leadership team behavior. Financial pressures exacerbated by Covid required the leadership team (including new hires) to step up so the CEO could step away to address strategic issues. We designed an intervention that leveraged clear articulation of strategy to execution as a teaming, alignment, and on-boarding process. As an aligned leadership team, the group is working in a new and effective manner, has accelerated revenue and profitability, and helped develop a second tier of leaders to drive the company forward.
Tech Company Merger Prep
Aligned a newly formed leadership team around a co-created strategy pivot in response to fast moving market changes. Worked with the CEO of a PE backed company that supports Mar-Tech with privacy and identification capabilities. As a provider of only part of its client’s overall solution and being disrupted by rapid changes in the on-line privacy requirements, they realized that they need to be part of a larger set of solutions. In conjunction with the leadership team, we enabled the CEO to utilize several action learning processes to articulate, align on, and clearly communicate an agile strategy across the entire organization. We then identified several significant initiatives to accelerate including preparing for and identifying partners that would enable the company to be part of a larger solution set.
Channel Growth Intervention
Energized a mature leadership team through teaming and the co-create of a strategy to execution plan designed to drive growth. Worked with a leader at Fortune 100 charged with revenue growth in a stagnant sales channel. With the channel leadership team, we developed a strategy focused on retention and market share gain. We aligned the organization on actions steps to accelerate the desired growth. Alignment around and execution on this strategy and strategy to execution resulted in the desired revenue increase.
